This a AU in which Gabriel is still alive and it was him that bought Sam back from the Pit. It kind of falls in between my other stories but you do not need to read them first. Gabriel is stunningly himself even in an AU setting and with amnesia. Becky is a delight to read about, starring as Sam's best friend. I want to avoid spoilers so let me just say: This story is awesome. (Also includes past-Sam/Jess, sort of pre-Dean/Castiel, and Gabriel/Ruby.)
