Sam just wants Gabriel to shut up for once in his life. He enscribes some enochian letters on a silk scarf and uses it to gag Gabriel who can't remove it at all. Gabriel's still making a lot of noise, so Sam fucks him senseless and finally gets him quiet. But he's not removing the gag yet. It's pretty.
